How long will it take for me to get my UK order?

All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, not including weekends and holidays. Shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout. We ship from our Distribution Centre in Manchester, England an estimate between 4 to 7 days for product delivery (after processing and shipment) depending on the shipping method (Royal Mail).  Please anticipate 5-10 business days for product delivery for orders inside the European Union (EU) after processing and shipment. Some countries customs offices may be slower than others to process incoming shipments. These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or Royal Mail service delays and holidays.

Do you ship to Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. If you are ordering from outside the EU we recommend purchasing from our USA website www.dermisil.com. Shipping options are offered upon checkout depending for your country. Royal Mail can take from 7-20+ days to reach its destination depending on local customs officials. Customs is usually the main hold-up for shipping overseas. These estimates may be affected due to unforeseen inventory shortages and/or Postal Service/Foreign Customs delays. Some countries' processing of incoming packages is slower than others.

The customer is responsible for any duty or local destination charges imposed by customs officials.

Can you ship product to me overnight?

We do not currently offer overnight shipping within the E.U.

*Mail Order Note: Personal checks will require 5 to 7 business days for the check to clear and be payable is $US before the order will be processed and shipped. International Money Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. PayPal is recommended to purchase items as it is a very fast payment method versus by check.
